Thank you for supporting handmade craftsmanship. Every BindedPurse is carefully created by hand, which means a little extra time is required to ensure the highest quality.

Processing & Production Time

All orders are handmade to order.

Please allow 10–15 business days for production before your order ships.
This timeframe allows us to carefully craft, assemble, and inspect each purse.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If that happens, we will communicate updates via email.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery typically takes:

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

• International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
BindedPurses is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control. However, if your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
